Some 18 years ago I harvested some seeds from the primary dunes on the ocean side of Bribie Island.Today,I have a thicket?jungle? grove of Gloriosa lilies resulting from that half dozen seeds.
To be honest,they've gone feral!
But just before sundown,they look truly magnificent.The tip of each leaf ends in a tendril that hepls the lily grow up through undergrowth to the light
