- Location: South -east Queensland, Australia
Over the past 20 years I've explored many forms of needlework,and found CQ ideal for indulging my passion. These days however I'm venturing into other elements: Needle felting with my Xpressions needle punching machine;Journal quilts,postcards and ATCs Cats? I'm a sucker for cats: these days my pride of four has shrunk to two ,who regularly supervise my stitching.

Hi Maureen,
I'm so glad to finally 'meet' you, my mum talks about you a lot, it's great to get a chance to see why. Your work is inspired and really lovely, and I shall be checking back now to see what else you've been up to. What a world, that we can make connections as easily as this from across the planet!
The doll might very well have a canvas face - I've found dolls called Georgene that she seems to resemble - does that ring any bells for you?
